Refund & Enrollment Policy

1. Enrollment & Seat Guarantee

Because all cohorts at English Language Academy are strictly capped at a maximum of 10 students, your registration guarantees an exclusive seat that is withheld from other applicants. All admissions and cohort scheduling are coordinated directly through our administration.

2. Course Postponement & Credit Freezing

We recognize that professional schedules, university exam sessions, and personal obligations in Marrakech can change unexpectedly. We provide student-friendly flexibility:

• Schedule Freezing: If you cannot attend your scheduled intake due to unforeseen circumstances, notify our administration in advance. Your enrollment can be frozen and carried over as full credit toward the following term.
• Seat Transferability: You may request to transfer your enrollment credit to an immediate family member or corporate colleague, subject to an initial level assessment.
• Timetable Shifts: You can request a transfer between morning, evening, or Saturday cohorts at no penalty, provided space is available in your designated CEFR level.

3. Withdrawal & Administrative Review

If a student wishes to withdraw their registration before cohort commencement, they must submit a formal written request to our admissions desk or official administrative WhatsApp. All requests are reviewed individually by the academy leadership to ensure a fair and constructive resolution.

4. UK Study Trips & International Programs

For specialized overseas programs (such as UK study immersion trips), international partner school bookings, flights, and residential accommodation deposits are subject to the contractual terms of our accredited UK partner institutions. Our team provides comprehensive assistance during every step of the process.
